Front End Developer and Attorney
Native Houstonian Sarah Swift brings experience in law, software, and real estate to the FLPPD team. Between graduating from Sewanee: The University of the South (2008) and Baylor Law School (2013), Sarah worked in commercial real estate in Downtown Houston. After law school, she represented clients in civil courts. Sarah ventured into the tech space following the notion that the world of legal tech was ripe for innovation. As such, being able to provide counsel and write code with an emerging tech company is a dream come true. When not working in the house flipping business, Sarah enjoys brewing kombucha, entertaining, and traveling.
Platinum Pro Coach
Will works with the FLPPD development group as a platinum pro coach, where he helps aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to learn about the real estate industry and house flipping business. Coupled with his knowledge of software development, real estate investing, and encouragement from his professor and mentor, Mohammad Azam, Will created the ideas that have since evolved into the FLPPD house-flipping app.
In addition to setting the vision and direction for FLPPD, Will still invests in real estate flipping and coaches aspiring real estate investors. He holds a degree and an MBA from Texas A&M University, which has served as the foundation for his incredible contributions to the house flipping business. Will teamed up with his brother, Nick Garner, to create the house-flipping app, which won the prestigious Aggie 100 Award with a fifth-place rank out of 100 of the top businesses owned by Aggie alumni.
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
Nick conquers the sales, marketing, and business development sides of our business. He holds a double business major (2006), and an MBA (2010) from Houston Baptist University. While attending HBU, he was there on a full-ride, 4-year basketball scholarship and was able to make the Dean’s list. He also earned the Academic All-America award for student athletes while juggling a demanding travel schedule and coursework. Together, Nick and his brother, Will H Garner, won the coveted Aggie 100 Award, achieving the fifth ranking with their house flipping business based out of Houston, TX. When Nick is not working on the house-flipping app, he enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with his family, and going to sporting events. Both native Houstonians, he and his wife have three beautiful children and still reside in Houston, TX.
Milan loves design because it’s not only a way to express a feeling or idea, but it also bridges the gaps in oral and written communication. Transferring ideas and thoughts into actual physical work that people can hold is her favorite part of her job in the house flipping business. In her free time, she loves to play basketball, watch horror movies, and try new food!
